The hotel has a great location, conveniently situated near three MRT stations and various food options, making it easy to explore the city. The service was outstanding, with incredibly friendly staff who made us feel welcome. However, the rooms were a bit disappointing—somewhat noisy and felt older than expected for a boutique hotel. On top of that, the dining experience left room for improvement, as the breakfast variety was quite limited.

However, the room was extremely small, making it difficult to maneuver, especially with back issues. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. My stay was quite a mix; while I loved the friendly service and great location just outside the city, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired with issues like ants and a cockroach. Though the price was reasonable, I couldn't overlook the dirty dining situation. Overall, it was convenient for a short visit but I truly hope they address these concerns soon.
